Goal

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Other Issues

In Manage Planning and Billing Resource Breakdown Structures screen, Submit Process to Refresh Resource Breakdown Structure(RBS) Element Name does NOT work.
For example, the cost center name "Analytical Operations" has not updated in the "Name" column under the "Technical RBS" screen.
