When selecting GTM_ITEM, in a menu that uses a copy of the seeded manager layout and then click on Action>Audit Trail a search window pops-up, click search GTM throws the following Exception:
The same error is given when Upload Documents to the GTM item:
After clicking on Action>Upload document, new window pops-up, Select document file and click on Upload and the error appears.
