PRC:POZ: Supplier UI: Unable To Create Bank Account But Bank Account Shows In Payments Tables (Doc ID 2535245.1)

In Manage Supplier,  user was creating a Bank Account record during a power outage.

After the power outage, the user inquires on Supplier > Site > Payments > Bank Account  and does not see the record that they were creating.

A SQL query on Oracle Fusion Payment table shows the Bank Account created, but the user cannot add the Bank Account record in the Supplier page.

How to resolve this issue?
