On : 11.13.19.01.0 version
When attempting to access Manage Element Entries page,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Person Management > Search for employee > Actions > Payroll > Manage Element Entries
2. Error is given
