Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Manage Payments-Process Payment Files
1.) Apparently the Quick payment does not go through the Approval process. Can you please confirm if there is a way to enable the Approval process for Quick payment as well.

 2.) Is there a way to disable all Quick Payments functionality
