Goal

Email Notification Displaying Inaccurate Information

When receiving an FYI and Approved email notification, the content in the e-mail is not accurate.

Information that was not changed in the original transaction appears in the proposed column of the notification while the current column is blank for all fields except one.

When going through work list to retrieve the task, the information is correct for the first approver; however, after that, the information displayed is not accurate reflection of the data actually changed.
