Symptoms

When attempting to launch Visualizer from the P6 Professional menu item Tools > Schedule Comparison, the following error occurs:

You are not authorized to run the application. Please contact your administrator.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to P6 Professional.
2. Attempt to launch Visualizer via Tools > Schedule Comparison.
3. Observe reported error.
