FBDI unable to upload the Journal Import File - Error EU02 (Doc ID 2535690.1)

Symptoms

Customer was facing an issue to upload the Import journal.
Load interface file for import has been completed successfully, but Journal Import Execution Report ended in error:

EU02   The journal entry is unbalanced and suspense posting is not allowed in the ledger
