Unable To Search For Employee Performance Document (Doc ID 2535753.1)

Client unable to search for below employee's Performance Document. This employee was promoted to a manager role in mid of 2018, therefore she was assigned a Manager PD, however reports still show her old Emp PD which they want to delete/cancel it, but unable to search for it from UI.
