Goal

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Order Promising

Not able to Check Availability for a Back ordered line item

How to check the availability of a back ordered line?
Customer is getting message "You cannot perform this action due to a processing constraint for the following reason (DOO-2685299)".

Also customer would need to have a reschedule option for backordered lines. Is that possible?
