'Copy Item' Action Is Not Working When Trying To Create Copy of a Trade Item In OTM

When trying to use 'Copy item' action with any role, the following error appears:
The 'Copy item' is working perfectly fine from DBA.ADMIN.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Trade item, click on 'Actions'
2. Click on 'Copy Item' in the pop up, key-In a Unique ITEM ID and Item Name. Click 'Finished'.
The above error appears.
