PROBLEM STATEMENT

When attempting to run the accrual process for a person, the below error occurs :
Payment information could not be transferred for payroll processing. Contact your administrator. (ANC-3405066)
Inform your administrator that an error was received during transfer of payment information. Person xxxxx . Absence plan ES Annual Vacation. Effective date30-Apr-2018.. Payroll processing error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Navigate to person management
2. Search by person number
3. Go to manage absence record
4. Go to Plan Balances
5. Accrual
6. Select Accrual for selected plan
7. Enter date
8. Process fails with an error
User is unable to delete the same in the Manage Calculation Card:
"You cannot delete a calculation component that has been processed within a payroll run (PAY-1636164)."
