Automatic Decision Fails to Proceed to the Right Exit. (Doc ID 2536310.1)

Some Workflow instances started to get stuck in one particular step, not allowing the Workflow to proceed anymore.

It is not a problem of the original Workflow, but of all steps using that Configured Field.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. The Task where it gets stuck is a Task Form, that follows an Automatic Decision step.
2. The Automatic Decision evaluates a formula-based Cost Configured Field.
3. We have tried several times with different Projects and with all tests budget check were equal to zero, so it should pass, but in fact they fail to pass.
4. We have reproduced that step with a specific Workflow. The Project has the Configured Field set correctly, but in reality the Workflow fails to proceed.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Automatic Decision Workflow.
