Symptoms

The Manage Asset Price Indexes only retain 3 decimal places, however Mexican law requirement need the Index Value "at minimum" with four
decimal places.

Replication Steps:

   1. Navigate to Financials > Fixed Assets > Manage Asset Price Indexes

   2. Enter a Price Index Value having more than 3 decimal places, 132.9917 after press Tab the Index Value is rounded to 132.992
