Specify Picklist Order In Cascading Picklist (Doc ID 2536809.1)

Customer is trying to specify the picklist order in Subtype (Subtype_c) on Activity Object. Subtype depends on Type.
For Activity Type "Phone Call" there are 4 picklist values, but they are displayed in alphabetical order: Follow Up Call, Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Welcome Call.

Customer needs the following order: Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Welcome Call and Follow up call.

In the Lookup Type for Activity Subtype, "Welcome Call" is on position 60 and "Follow up Call" on position 61.
Also, when mapping the picklist values, the user displayed Welcome Call and Follow Up Call at the bottom.
Still, in UI, they are ordered alphabetically.
