Contract PDF Documents Have Spacing Issues After 19 A Upgrade (Doc ID 2536843.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Sales Agreement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contract PDF Documents do not appear as they were before the upgrade

When we select preview PDF the space between the paragraphs in the contract document have been changed dramatically.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The previewed PDF should look as before the upgrade as no changes were done

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to existing active contract
2. Preview contract
3. See a lot of spaces were added to the layout.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see consistency in pdf
