When trying to send a supplier punchout cart back to fusion the page hangs and never returns back to fusion.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to supplier punchout
2. Add item to cart
3. Attempt to return cart to fusion
4. Page hangs and appears to continually refresh but doesn't return to Fusion

Due to this issue, users cannot send a punchout back to Fusion.
