When editing a candidate application or when trying to manage/view an offer from a candidate's job submission (Offer tab after an offer has been initiated), the system returns the following message:
This occurs even if no changes were made to the page. If you edit the Personal Information block and click Save, then click through the pages and actions of the candidate profile again, the message will disappear.
