Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to view the notes in opportunity which are created by other users when a custom role is assigned to user

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see the notes when full access has been given to user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom role with full access to all opportunities
2. Assign that role to a user
3. This user will not be able to see the notes on opportunities created by other users
