Error: "Project(s) No Longer Exist or You Do Not Have Access to It", When Logging Into P6 Web. Then the Application Times Out, User Must Login Again to P6 Web.

When attempting to work in P6 Web, the following error occurs:
Message from webpage
Project(s) no longer exists(s), or you do not have access to it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into P6 Web.
2) Work for about 1hr.
3) All of the sudden, Web application hangs - most data is usually saved, but one cannot continue to work.
4) Refresh web page, and dialog box appears stating "Project(s) no longer exist(s), or you do not have access to it."
5) Select the Ok and taken to "Select Projects" page and Project(s) that were being worked on already selected.
6) Click Open and everything returns to where one was when notified that "Project(s) no longer exist(s), or you do not have access to it." dialog box.
