Users unable to see "Add" button on HR Responsive forms in ESS/MSS

Employees attempt to 'add' a record, such as adding a contact. The [+Add] button is not visible to users unless they hover over it.

We have changed button colors added a border through "Appearance" personalization. The button color changes are visible in the professional user UI. However, the personalization did not change the button colors on the HR Responsive pages
