When the application Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook.msi starts, the exe “Icon.ARPPRODUCTION.exe “ is downloaded automatically from msi file and it should be installed. However, the firewall blocks and deletes this file, not allowing the installation.
The Antivirus Provider Support team asked to provide the Icon.ARPPRODUCTION.exe to register it as an exception and allow the installation of Outlook.
