Impossibility to Delete an Item when Completed Transaction Exist on the Item (Doc ID 2537278.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Item Management

Items cannot be deleted when completed transactions exist on the item

ERROR
-----------------------


You cannot delete the item because completed inventory transactions exist for the item.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a delete group.
2. Go to s to Manage items, select an item that needs to be deleted and clicks on delete.
3. Add the item to the delete group and click on check constraint.
error pops up:

You cannot delete the item because completed inventory transactions exist for the item.

Also check in Review completed transactions to see that there are completed transactions for the item.
