Negotiation is created with Price Precision = 5 and Per Unit Cost Factors and Fixed Amount Cost Factors.
Per Unit Cost Factors amount values are displayed with 5 decimal precision
Fixed Amount Cost Factors amount values are displayed with 2 decimal precision.

Show all cost factors amounts values with 5 decimal precision.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Per Unit and Fixed Amount Cost Factors
2. Create a negotiation with Price Precision = 5 decimals and add per unit and fixed amount cost factors to it.
Negotiation currency = USD
