Symptoms

Inbound email filter for attachment is not working as expected.

Steps:
Set Up and Maintenance
Service
Communications Channels
Manage Email Filters

Created new filter
Type = file attachments
Name - anything
Pattern - .txt|.docx
Action on Pattern Match - Reject

File attachments are still accepted for those two file types
