Symptoms

Running Netting Settlement is not picking any eligible AR/AP transactions.
Batch status shows "Selected, no transactions".


AF log shows:

User does not have global access role for JE_NET_AGREEMENTS
User does not have Instance Grants.
User does not have global access role for HZ_PARTY_SITES
User does not have global access role for HZ_PARTIES
