Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Incentive Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Purge program is not deleting payment data.
Error: ORA-12838: cannot read/modify an object after modifying it in parallel

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Payment data should be purged.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run the Purge Incentive Compensation Transactional Test Data Process
2. Process resulted with error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to purge payment data
