Symptoms

In P6 web, when attempting to access a page via Java applet (i.e. Classic View), the following message is presented.

You need an updated version of java to continue.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Web.
  2. Click the Projects tab.
  3. Click Classic View.
  4. View the reported message.
