Symptoms

If the SSO/MFA timeout is not adjusted, user will see the following error as they work in Smart View:

"Cannot connect to provider. The attempt to connect to the server failed. Make sure the server is running in the specific URL"

This time out also happens in the OAC JET UI, Data Visualization, etc.

Changes

Single Sign On (SSO) with Multifactor authentication (MFA) enabled.
