Does the current design of Meter trigger for Business Processes contain the availability to trigger based multi-factor analysis?

In stead of Frequency of a specific number (per se mileage), can this based on gauge readings and/or time since the last service?

For example: Trigger Meter for “Change Oil” every 6 weeks or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first.
