ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

View Process Results action not found via View Person Process Results for person with custom Employee Manger role

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Navigate to View Process Results and view results for process using custom role

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a custom role by copying the existing payroll manager role and relevant inherited roles and provided the data security policies for the roles.
2. Navigate to Search Person
3. Click on arrow for Actions list of values
4. Observe View Process Results is not found on list of Actions.
