Confirm Pick Slips Search Menu Is not Working Correctly (Doc ID 2538080.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 29, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud Service - Version 11.13.19.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Inventory Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Confirm Pick Slips search menu is not working correctly

When releasing a work order by pressing the "Release and Pick Materials" options, a pick order is created.
When going to the Confirm Pick Slips menu and search for the work order number, the system does not recognize that work order number.
However, if searching for the pick slip number (by going to the pick slip report obtained in Scheduled Processes), the pick slip appears.

The search menu is not working for the order number. This has happened several times before.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The work order to be found when queried.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory Management -> Confirm Pick Slips;
2. Query for a pick slip by the order number;
3. Notice that the advanced search displays that the work order number is an invalid value and results are not retrieved.
