Unable To Add A Custom Formula Field On The Landing Page (Doc ID 2538154.1)

Goal

Customer has created a custom formula field Name (ModelId1_c) in the Custom Object (List_c).

But when customer is trying to add this field on Landing page in Dev1 (19 A) , the below error message is shown

'If you want to display the update action for users at run time, then you must select at least one mass update field. (ZCX-3075208)'

Where customer could add this field in Dev2 (18 C) successfully?
