When attempting to mass copy a Tax book, receiving the following error message:

"The process ends in error and the logs shows:

FA.PLSQL.FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_validation: l_trans_flag after override check has the value of Y

FA.PLSQL.FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_validation: Error: You can not perform this transaction. has the value of

A full retirement cannot be overlapped to prior transactions. Change the retirement date.
