Standard API call not working

They are facing an issue with one of the standard API call listed in the 19B release notes for OLC. Given below are the call details and error encountered:
API : GetPointItemForLoyMember
URL:  https://test-test.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/loyMembers/300000001691154/child/pointItems

Error: 404 Not Found
