Remove Route From Distribution Center (Doc ID 2538804.1)

Goal


Users are currently facing an issue when trying to remove a route from a distribution center.
The steps are below:

  1. Drill down on a distribution center.
  2. Navigate to the "Routes" sub-tab.
  3. Try to remove a route from the selected distribution center.

But system doesn't throw any error and it seems the removal has been performed.

However, when clicking on Save or Save and close, an error is displayed, and users are forced to click on Cancel, keeping the route assigned to the Distribution Center.
