Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Second Level Transfer from Sourcing rule is not working.

User has created sourcing and assignment set at category level. Plan is transferring the demand from Org2 to Org1, but transfer from Org3 to Org2 is not happening and planned order is not created.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Transfer Order from Org3 to Org2 is created


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create Sourcing rules and Assignment set at category level
2. Run the plan
3. Verify created planned orders.
