On Oracle Fusion, version, Using lockbox. After running lockbox, the bank details are not associated to the receipt even though MICR present in the lockbox file

Expecting to be able to review more details of the receipt

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. On Navigator
  2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
  3. Run Lockbox
  4. Review the process and observed there is not bank details on it
