Symptoms
If the POD was migrated to OCI and/or Oracle IP addresses are not in the sFTP allowed list, the FTP connection would fail with:
Could not establish connection. oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: Connection timed out while waiting response from server.
Changes
The POD was migrated to OCI and/or the Oracle Proxy Servers are not on the allowed list.
