Cost price list in pricing to retrieve the item cost from costing

There is a requirement to retrieve the item cost from the fusion cost management to derive the sale price based on cost plus pricing. The sale price is cost plus certain % margin. The customer is into buy and sell trading business. This is a key requirement that the sale price is derived on the basis of the item cost. The cost of item changes for huge range of products very often. So it is not possible for pricing admin to update the cost price list manually for such a huge range of product every time.
The requirement is that item cost should be retrieved from costing as a automated process, so that there is no manual process involved for update the cost price list for each of the items. The sale price is to be derived based on the % margin on the product.

Is this requirement supported in pricing or any work around to support this?
