HSA Eligibility Issue For Employee's Rehired On The Same Month (Doc ID 2539083.1)

 HSA eligibility issue for employee's rehired on the same month

Employee's who are rehired or become newly eligible on the same month as their termination , the HSA plan type is completely missing for them.
However with the same code combination , if they are rehired on a different month as terminated , HSA plan type is showing correctly.
1. Employee had termination life event on 1/2/2019.
2. Had Newly eligible life event on 1/22/2019.
3.The enrollments for all plantypes should start from 3/1/2019 as there is a 30 days waiting period coverage code is First of month on or after event.
4. The HSA plan type is not shown at all in enrollments in BSC. Rest all plan type are coming as expected.
 The enrollment rule at plan type level for HSA is :Current-keep only, New-can choose .
