I have a custom field in the Opportunities which is a long text. The system allows me to insert as many brake lines as I want into this field. But when I make a call in the API to post the value in some other place, the same value (text) it is not being returned as HTML, the brake lines are being removed and the text is being presented as one single line,
Can you please assist on how to carry the brake lines to the intended destination when the call is made in the API?
