Error 'Server URL points to an invalid web application' in P6 Mobile

When an Oracle Cloud Customer who is configured to use SAML SSO attempts to login to P6 Mobile, the following error occurs.
Server URL points to an invalid web application
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In P6 Mobile, enter the Team Member Web Service URL and attempt to login.
2. Note reported error.
