Goal

User is trying to purchase a new service to an existing customer from Subscriber Management, however the page does not allow to move ahead. Both the buttons "Configure" and "Continue" are disabled, and only option is to cancel the activity. Apparently there are multiple out-of-box services and custom services available in the system.

How to add new service to existing customer?
