ExaCC: Instance Details Page for X7 exaservice shows "You have not purchased any additional cores at this time" despite customer having available balance of "AdditionalNumberOfCoresX7" resource (Doc ID 2539442.1)

This note provides steps to identify incorrect ExaCC metadata values in CIM/TAS and implement manual data fixing to correct values by running SQL select and update statements.
It is intended for use by CCST resources familiar with the techniques involved and should not be undertaken by Engineers who are not experienced with the steps provided.
If you are in anyway unsure about the logic behind the solution provided or any of the the commands and queries provided in this note, please refrain from implementing any of the steps and instead raise a collab SR to CCST for assistance.


Customer has an X7 based ExaCM system and has purchased an entitlement to use additional OCPU. However, within the Cloud Portal, on the screen display Instance Details for an Exaservice, they see the message "You have not purchased any additional cores at this time." above the OCPU slider bar, as seen in the following screenshot:
