Error when importing metadata into FCCS - "filename.csv (No such file or directory) One or more child jobs have failed." (Doc ID 2539469.1)

Symptoms

After successfully exporting the metadata for a dimension from FCCS, the metadata will not upload back into FCCS. When attempting to import the exported metadata, the following error is returned:

"filename.csv (No such file or directory) One or more child jobs have failed."
