Unable to Save a Record That Has Geocoding Data Elements: #c Exception in , while getting geocode information (Doc ID 2539549.1)

On any Oracle cloud hosting Unifier instance : Any Version

When trying to Save a record that has geocoding data elements in it: 'Address Code<uuu_address_code>', 'Latitude<uuu_latitude>' and/or 'Longitude<uuu_longitude>'

Expected Result

The user should be able to Save the data.

Actual Result

When the user clicks on the Save, Finish Editing, and/or Send button nothing seems to happen.

The following is found in the Unifier log files:

...#c Exception in , while getting geocode information
...#c Tried all: 1 addresses, but could not connect over HTTPS to server: port: 443

Business Impact

Because of this the data cannot be saved.
