URLDATA REST Call With the DELETE Method Does Not Send the Request Body (Doc ID 2539928.1)

Symptoms

The URLDATA BML function executed for a REST Call with the DELETE Method does not send the request body.

Although the specifications for an HTTP DELETE call does note the request could have a body or not, there are use cases when the payload is required:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Methods/DELETE

Certain 3rd party tools require a payload for the DELETE method as well.
