Purge Incentive Transaction Is Not Zeroing Balances In CN_SRP_PER_FORM_METRICS_ALL Table (Doc ID 2539936.1)

Symptoms

User ran the Purge Incentive Transaction process and noticed that there are still balances in CN_SRP_PER_FORM_METRICS_ALL table.



The log showed the following:

Number of records deleted from table CN_TP_CREDITS_ALL : 7559352
Number of records deleted from table CN_TP_TRANSACTIONS_ALL_H : 65170

STEPS
1. Run Purge Incentive Transaction for specific business unit
2. Run Calculation
3. Run custom report and review the data

BUSINESS IMPACT
Customer reports are based on the measure formula results and those reports are still showing FY19 data even though we claim we have purged FY19 Test data.
This is causing confusion to the business users.
