19B - Request a Position Change not showing for seeded line manager under My Team -> Actions (Doc ID 2539980.1)

We received 19B and expected to see under My Team > Actions - Request a Position Change, but seeded Line Manager does not have it. Not seeing it under Quick Actions either (workforce structures).

Release notes indicate this was in 19B and line manager should see under My Team with no steps to be enabled.

New actions are added on the My Team page to support positions, requisitions, and offers.

Request a Position Change - Allows a line manager to request a change in an existing position.
